My philosophy of medicine is to treat the cause of a condition and to prevent its reoccurrence by educating and treating patients in a safe, nurturing environment. |

To find the cause or imbalance, I utilize various assessments. General Diagnostic Procedures includes but is not limited to a thorough health history review, general physical examinations, and laboratory testing. To treat the cause or predisposition I use many differing modalities. Homeopathy is a form of energetic medicine based on the theory that "like cures the like." The homeopathic philosophy states that symptoms are produced by the body/mind as it tries to heal itself. Homeopathic remedies help the body/mind in this self-healing process by processing these symptoms and allowing the body to return back into balance. As each individual creates a unique set of symptoms, he/she benefits from a different remedy. Biotherapeutic Drainage is a treatment used to assist the body's elimination processes and enhance the cellular function of organs and tissues. Unda Numbers are homeopathic preparations used for Biotherapeutic Drainage. The remedies are an integration of homeopathics, botanicals, Chinese medicine and Anthroposophical traditions. Clinical Nutrition is the therapeutic use of food, diet plans and/or nutritional supplements (including IV treatment and intramuscular injections) in treating and preventing dis-ease. There is growing scientific knowledge validating the Naturopathic approach of diet and nutrition to treat conditions without side effects and complications. Psychological Counseling offers support and guidance in short term situational counseling for individuals and families. An eclectic approach is used including: somatic therapy, yoga therapy, family systems, cognitive/behavioural and psychodynamic therapies. Botanical Medicine is the use of plants for their biochemical properties in gently treating and preventing dis-ease. Botanical medicine is prepared as teas, tinctures, capsules, topical crémes, pastes, plaster washes and suppositories. Visits and Consultations First Office Visits are 60 minutes in length.
